On November 29, we held our annual end-of-year Insights Seminar at the WGBH Television Studios in Brighton, MA. We had two very dynamic and engaging speakers, James Slotnick and Harry M. Kraemer, speak to nearly 200 attendees on two major business issues.

Countdown To 2020: What to Expect Next. With the mid-term elections in the books, James Slotnick, AVP Government Relations at Sun Life Financial, will discuss what to look for as we move closer to the 2020 elections. James will discuss the future of the ACA, what to expect from Tax Reform 2.0, and if a federal paid family leave law is possible.

Harry M. Kraemer
Clinical Professor of Strategy, Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management

Sometimes "doing the right thing" while also delivering outstanding and lasting results is difficult for leaders to achieve. Values-based leaders are needed more than ever in today's economic and political environment. In a dynamic session that draws on Professor Kraemer's global experience as the chairman and CEO of Baxter International, participants will learn the importance of self-reflection, balance, true self-confidence, and genuine humility in the actions and decisions they make as a leader of the organization.
